Leaf Concentrate

Leaf concentrate is an extremely nutritious food produced by coagulating the juice of certain fresh green leaves. The process of removing most of the water and fiber transforms dark green leaves into a more concentrated, more digestible, and more adaptable food. Leaf concentrate is sometimes known as leaf protein, leaf protein concentrate, leaf nutrient or leaf extract.
