Installing Acrobat Reader

You can download Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html.

Setting Acrobat Reader for presentations

To display a document in Full Screen view:

Choose View -> Full Screen [ Ctrl+L (Windows) or Command+L (Mac OS) ].

To set preferences for Full Screen view:

  1. Choose File -> Preferences -> Full Screen. (In some versions, you'll find the Preferences under the Edit menu.)
  2. Select from the Navigation and Appearance options here.

 

To select text and copy it to the clipboard:

Select the Text Select Tool (shortcut - type "V"), then drag the cursor over the desired text. Choose Edit -> Copy to copy the selected text to the Clipboard.
